Service Coordinator

We are partnering with a national leader in waste management and equipment solutions to find a resilient Service Coordinator for their busy hub in the Bankstown area. If you have a background in trades, facilities maintenance, or field services, we want to talk to you.

The Role:

You will be the central nervous system of the service department, coordinating technicians and contractors across multiple states.

Your core responsibiltes:

• Efficiently allocate technicians for NSW, VIC, and QLD operations.

• Master the art of balancing urgent emergency breakdowns with essential planned maintenance.

• Act as the confident link between demanding clients, contractors, and field technicians.

• Utilise simPRO (highly regarded!) to keep every job structured and tracked.

• Stay one step ahead by anticipating logistical bottlenecks before they happen.

About You:

• 3+ years in Service Coordination or Scheduling.

• You are calm and professional when the phones are ringing and the schedule changes.
